- We give our customers 30 days to try out NurtureChews™️ completely risk free, if you are not satisfied contact us at email@example.com for full refund.
- The cost of your NurtureChews™️ will be refunded once the returned chews arrive at our distribution center
- Due to the fact that customers may chose different shipping methods we unfortunately do not cover the cost of shipping the product back and the customer will need to cover this cost themselves.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Orders for which a warranty claim has been made are no longer eligible for a full refund.
We do not credit original Shipping Charges or Sale Returns.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we cannot issue you a refund.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be sure that the correct shipping address is entered. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
